Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of EasyLock by authorized finance agents, lenders, and retailers using the platform for financed device management.

Effective Date: January 2026

By accessing or using EasyLock, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

1. Authorized Use Only

EasyLock is a restricted application intended solely for use by authorized personnel acting on behalf of financing organizations or retailers.

End customers are not permitted to use the application.

2. Role of the Company

The Company provides a technical platform for device management. It does not:

  • Provide loans
  • Collect EMIs
  • Determine recovery actions
  • Enter into agreements with device end users

3. Agent Responsibilities

Authorized users agree to:

  • Use the application only for lawful financing activities
  • Obtain customer consent before device enrollment
  • Enter accurate information
  • Protect login credentials
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Agents are solely responsible for actions taken using their accounts.

4. Device Management Actions

Authorized partners may perform actions including:

  • Device enrollment
  • Lock or unlock commands
  • Security enforcement
  • Monitoring of device status

These actions are performed at the direction of the financing organization or retailer.

5. Third-Party Technology

EasyLock uses MDM infrastructure provided by Codeproof Technologies Inc. to enable device security and management.

Use of the application implies consent to necessary data processing for MDM functionality.

6. Customer Relationship

Any relationship regarding device financing exists between the financing entity or retailer and the customer.

The Company is not a party to such agreements.

7. Data Retention

  • Data retained up to 1 year from enrollment, OR
  • Until completion of EMI tenure if longer than 12 months

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the app for unauthorized surveillance
  • Manage devices without proper authorization
  • Attempt to bypass security features
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Actions taken by agents or retailers
  • Loan recovery disputes
  • Device restrictions initiated by partners
  • Losses arising from financing arrangements

10. Termination

Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the EasyLock platform belong to Elrising Technology Services Private Limited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Kolkata, West Bengal.
