EasyLock is a mobile application owned and operated by Elrising Technology Services Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when EasyLock is used for device financing, security, and management purposes.

1. Service Description

EasyLock enables device management for financed devices. Devices may be enrolled and controlled by authorized finance agents, lenders, or retailers for loan compliance and EMI recovery purposes.

Device management actions are performed by authorized third parties (finance agents or retailers), not directly by the Company.

• Phone number
• Email address
• SIM number (when required)
• Address

Device Information

• Device model, manufacturer, OS version
• Device identifiers (Android ID, IMEI where permitted)
• Installed app security status
• Device lock status

Usage & Technical Data

• App activity logs
• Enrollment information
• Device management command history
• Network information

Location Data (if enabled)

• Approximate device location for security and recovery

3. How Information Is Collected

• During device enrollment by finance agents or retailers
• Automatically during app operation
• From financing partners during loan processing

4. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to:

• Enable financed device management
• Ensure compliance with loan agreements
• Prevent fraud, theft, or unauthorized use
• Provide security features
• Maintain service functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Device Management Responsibility

EasyLock provides the technical platform only. Actual device management actions are performed by authorized finance agents, lenders, or retailers.

The Company does not independently initiate device restrictions without authorized partner action.

6. Third-Party MDM Service Provider

EasyLock uses MDM infrastructure provided by Codeproof Technologies Inc. to deliver device security and management features.

Relevant technical data may be processed through Codeproof systems solely to enable MDM functionality. Codeproof acts only as a technology provider and does not control loan decisions.

7. Data Sharing

• Authorized finance agents
• Retailers involved in device sale or financing
• Platform service providers
• Legal authorities when required by law

8. Data Retention

• Data deleted after 1 year from enrollment, OR
• If EMI tenure exceeds 12 months — after loan completion

After deletion, data is permanently removed from active systems subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure.

10. Your Rights

• Request access to your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (subject to financing obligations)
• Withdraw consent where applicable

11. Children's Privacy

EasyLock is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
